Our Commitment to Quality Every item that leaves our shop in Fairfield, Texas is handcrafted with care and inspected before it ships. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
Made-to-Order Items Because made-to-order items are handcrafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these pieces. We encourage you to reach out before placing your order if you have any questions about sizing, color, or design — we're happy to help you make the right choice.
Ready-to-Ship Items Ready-to-ship items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cash refunds are not available on ready-to-ship items.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at kim@4ksleather.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Defects & Damage If your item arrives damaged or has a craftsmanship defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will make it right — no questions asked — with a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Damaged in Transit If your order is damaged during shipping, please photograph the packaging and item immediately upon opening and contact us within 72 hours. We will work with you to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
